Goal: Simulate currency transactions and recommend optimal times to exchange money.

Steps:

Transaction Simulation: Let the user input a hypothetical amount of money they want to exchange and simulate what would happen if they had done it on specific dates.
Recommendations: Based on historical trends, suggest whether to convert now or wait for a better rate.
