Goal: Allow the user to select a custom date range and visualize the trend for that period.

Steps:

Date Range Input: Create a function to accept user input for the start and end dates.
Filter Data: Use SQL queries or filter data manually in C++ to select only the entries within the specified date range.
Generate Plot: Pass the filtered data to gnuplot and generate a trend graph for the selected period.
