Goal: Develop a simple text-based user interface.
Steps:

Menu System: Create a basic menu where users can choose actions such as "Convert Currency", "View Historical Data", "Set Alerts", etc.
Input and Output: Allow users to input currency codes, amounts, and dates. Display results in a clean format.
Error Handling: Handle invalid inputs and API errors gracefully.
