Critical Loads only not working after Battery Life SoC Limit was reached

Im using a Cerbo GX with Venus OS v3.51
After Battery Life's dynamic SoC was reached, inverter goes to Standby.
When Batteries are charged again and SoC rises over Battery Life's dynamic Limit, Inverter starts it's ESS but if "Critical Loads only" ( which was already enabled before) will be ignored.

If i disable "Critical Loads only" and reenable this, it's working again as it should.
