Lynx Smart BMS NG empty error field when there is an active alarm

When the BMS cable is disconnected on a Lynx Smart BMS NG, the following alarm is visible in the gui (after this is in):

Also, the alarm is shown in venus-platform:

However, the BMS does not throw an "Error", so the "Error" field in the main device menu is showing "No error". Since the BMS Cable fault is an error and not an alarm, this is technically correct, but this may be confusing for the user.

We can also put this on hold since the error reporting is going to be revised anyway.
