Importing in Zabbix 2.4.1 is not working

Import version must be 2.0 to import in anything below 3.x

Also it is broken with error:
Cannot find item "ambari.alert[{#AMAL_URL}]" on "Ambari Alerts" used in trigger prototype "CRITICAL condition for {#AMAL_NAME}" of discovery rule "Ambari alert" on "Ambari alerts".

@akamensky I'm on Zabbix 3.2 only, could you provide a PR for a working 2.4 xml template? I cannot reproduce the error either (the XML was generated by Zabbix 3.2 after creating items/alerts via Zabbix GUI)
