Webvtt for Low Latency

Hello everyone,

I need to create low latency content with webvtt track.

There are tools provided by apple to generate HLS live content.
I was able to generate content with video stream and audio stream using mediastreamsegmenter.
But for subtitle, the tool provided by apple mediasubtitlesegmenter seems to have no support for low latency.

How do the developers working on hls.js create webvtt low latency content for their verification?

If there is some working stream available which has subtitle with low latency, that would also be helpful.
Could someone please help with this?
