Move code for parametrization paper to private-gerardus

We have to make papers reproducible. Code for papers gets developed in 
private-gerardus, and when they are published, move to public gerardus.

Matlab scripts added from my svn repository's directory 
20130630_paper_closed_surface_param/matlab to 
private-gerardus/papers/casero2015-surface-parameterization-without-foldovers.

Still have to add the dependencies from Gerardus to run the scripts.

Added function get_gerardus_dependencies.m to help get all the M- and MEX-files 
that the paper's script depends on.
