Upload problem with markdown content

It would be nice if problems can be uploaded with not only test data, but description (say in a description.md alongside the config.ini) as well.

You can upload problem content to /p/xxxx/edit.

Apparently I was not clear enough. I meant to incorporate as much as information to a single zip file. Upon uploading, it will be automatically parsed for problem description, hidden option, labels, categories, difficulty levels, as well as test cases (which seems to be the only supported functionality at the moment).

This may greatly simplify the process of problem creation, which currently requires creating a zip locally, and editing two pages online (/p/xxx/edit and /p/xxx/settings).
