Kvantum manager下已经激活Layan主题，plasma设置中 Application Style 也已经设置为 kvantum，dolphin、kate、okular、gwenview等系统自带软件能够直接半透明背景（包括tab栏），但是 konsole 的tab栏每次启动的时候默认没法透明，需要在konsole启动的情况下，手动进到系统设置切换下Application Style，再切换回来，才能变成透明
