It is sad that the application is only in English - I propose to translate.
I am ready to help in the translation into Russian.
(For example, you can use Weblate, or any other service. It is completely free for open source projects.)

While I don't have experience with Weblate, I will look into configurating this app for localisation.

If you do this, I volunteer for Italian! I'm a translator by trade and I've worked on localizing multiple apps, e.g. https://github.com/gdombiak/OctoPod and https://github.com/anope/anope, among others.
