Integration stuck at version 1.3.0

When I view the integration,

via URL ..................../config/integrations/integration/opensprinkler

the integration is stuck at version 1.3.0, I've tried complete removal via HACS and redownloading twice, with server restarts in between.

Has anyone else faced difficulty to update to 1.3.5.

Just FYI I believe this is a display issue, your integration is at 1.3.5, just that I forgot to update the version in the manifest so it is stillshowing 1.3.0 in HA.
