Defect description:
In the quizzes of this lab, when one option is selected and the submit button is clicked it is not working properly

Steps to replicate the issue:

Go to this link
Go to quizzes
Go to post-experiment quiz.
Select any option of only one particular question
Click on the Submit button

Expected outcome:
For the unattempted question, it should show unattempted
