Quizzes all unattempted questions

[Artemis-2]

Issue Description-
On going to page link https://cds-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/index.html , and taking any of the quizzes, suppose we attempt to submit the quiz without choosing any of the given options in any question.
Then no error is displayed.
only page gets refreshed.
Resolution-
Warning box should come up and notify the user that they are submitting a fully blank quiz
