Defect Description:
In the experiment page of "Permutation" experiment,after selecting the file, with out clicking on the load button if we click on the compile button a download popup box is displaying on the screen instead an error message should be displayed on the screen as to click on the load button.

Actual Result:
In the experiment page of "Permutation" experiment,after selecting the file, with out clicking on the load button if we click on the compile button a download popup box is displaying on the screen.

Environment :
OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6
Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0
Bandwidth : 100Mbps
Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM ,
Processor:i5
