Defect Description:
In the experiment page without compiling the code, user is able to run the code instead user should be able to run the code only after compiling .

Actual Result:
In the experiment page without compiling the code, user is able to run the code

Environment :
OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04,Centos-6
Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0
Bandwidth : 100Mbps
Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM ,
Processor:i5

As per simulation's design, Run button itself does the compilation in the background before actually running the code.
Run button does the same for user, If user forget to compile the code by clicking on compile button. Also displays the compilation errors for user's better understanding.
