Defect Description:
In the experiment page when we click on the compile button, browse to upload files option is missing in the page instead browse option should be present even after compiling.

Actual Result:
In the experiment page when we click on the compile button, browse to upload files option is missing in the page.

Bandwidth : 100Mbps

Its not part of design. User has to come back to browse/upload new file.
