Tips of this repo says 1x1 convolutions should constitute every other, or every third coupling block. What is this based on? #134

Hello.

From the tips section of this amazing repo you wrote "Coupling blocks using 1x1 convolutions in the subnets seem important for the quality, they should constitute every other, or every third coupling block".

I would like to see what paper draw this conclusion. I am trying to find it but I do not see it.
