Parameter has the same name with the global variable #123

Hi all,
There is a parameter which has the same name with a global variable found by Qihoo360 CodeSafe Team.
Details as bellow:

vita-toolchain/src/vita-pack-vpk.c

Line 81 in cc9473d

static void parse_add_subopt(char *optarg)

the name of the parameter is 'optarg'
in file 'getopt_core.h' line 36, the same named global variable 'optarg' declared here.
