Why are tests always running in the background? Is there a way to disable it?

Take a look at the following test:

import { beforeAll, test } from "vitest";
import { add } from "./mod";

beforeAll(async () => {
  await fetch("http://localhost:8877", { method: "POST", body: add(1, 3) });
});
test("xxx", async function () {
  //do something
});

When I save a file, the Vitest plugin will automatically rerun the tests and always get requests on my local server.

I want it to be up to me to decide when to run the test instead of having it run every time I save a file. Is there a way to stop the plugin from automatically running my tests? Now I have to disable the Vitest plugin
