Can use Layout Control if Javascript needs to act on the HMTL controls after they are created

This is a real bummer because I really need this to work

		{ type: 'top', size: 50, style: pstyle, html: 'top' },
		{ type: 'left', size: 200, style: pstyle, html: 'left' },
		{ type: 'main', html: '<div id="map" style="width: 100%; height: 85vh; margin-bottom:10px;"></div>' },
	]
});

Assume that I need the "map" div to be created in the "main" panel in the DOM after this code is created? It appears it is not ;(
