Add profiles to Vokoscreen

I would like to have profiles added in vokoscreen. With profiles you could change screen recording settings more quicker and easier than currently.

For example when I record my gameplaying, I want it to be in .mkv format with 60 fps and best quality possible and when I record something else, I want it to be in .mp4 format and 40 fps is sufficient with medium quality, also as I have multiple monitors with different orientations, I always use depending of the video's orientation the matching monitor for recording

The process could go like this:

1. new button "profiles" in top bar
2. at profiles tab there is list of profiles, activation of profile is done by clicking desired profile
3. under profiles list there is a button "create new profile"
4. dialog opens for giving name to new profile, press OK and new profile appears to list
5. other button for editing selected profile, some kind of info text could appear "editing profile xx" which is globally visible in any tab of vokoscreen
6. from here on, every change in any settings is applied to the profile being edited.
7. click "save profile" button in profiles tab

Starting with the next version, which will be released on October 1, 2024, you will be able to create, save and delete profiles.
