I noticed recently that there is no option to disable smooth scrolling in the program. I didn't notice this until now because I mainly use this with a trackpad on my MacBook. This is Windows 10 x64 v1909.

You can try starting the app with --disable-smooth-scrolling argument (then add it to shortcut if it gets the job done).
