Add camera or Search Via Mac address

Add a camera so that it can be viewed easily by searching on local wifi or wifi hotspots using camera's mac address.

This use case is not clear. The camera has not only IP/MAC, but also login/password/path etc. for access to it.

The path login & password remains the same but the camera's device IP changes whenever it connects to the wifi or mobile hotspot.

I think you can send broadcast messages to 192.168.1.255 and connect to standard ports 554 to those addresses who answered

although an easier way to solve the problem is to register a static IP address inside the router

The camera which i use is using mobile's hotspot so i cannot set a Static ip for it also . The hotspot is supplied to the camera via different Android phones
