Error with built-in Fraction struct private

Here's the issue I'm having, not sure if it rises to the level of opening an issue so I'll ask here first. I have written code that's supposed to use the Fraction struct from math.fractions.Fraction. The code worked about 6 months ago and now it does not. Here's the code and here's the error message:
