Should I fork the repository to check changes?
Do I need a custom ID somewhere for the forked repository to be able to use it in HACS?

Hi,
LUH-O451S-WEU has a module VeSyncHumid200300S and should thus already be supported. Can you activate debug logging and add both relevant logs and the integration diagnostics?

You can install any custom_integration without going through HACS: https://github.com/vlebourl/custom_vesync#manual

That way you can install and test your forked version. Just remove the hacs version before.
