Integrate vlingo-schemata to allow for build time publishing and consumption of code generated by the schema compiler.

This is a catch-all issue for discussing the scope of the integration, we'll probably split it up later on.

We want to support ...

  • ... pushing new schemata to a vlingo-schemata instance
  • ... pulling generated sources for schemata from vlingo-schemata
  • ... recording the consumption/dependencies of schema within vlingo-schemata
  • ... issuing warnings if non-published schema are consumed
  • [❓] ... preventing the consumption of schema outside the own organization/unit; at least non-published ones.
  • [❓] ... breaking the build if non-released schema versions are used in a non-SNAPSHOT build
