🐛 Describe the bug

I am running inference with LLM class based on meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3.1-70B-Instruct on 8xA100 AWS cluster, during the inference I got this warning:

[WARNING shm_broadcast.py:404] No available block found in 60 second.

and then the inference got stuck. I never has this issue when running on single GPU.

You can enter ctrl + C to stop it, to see where it is hanging. The stack trace would be helpful.

I got this issue as well when using 4 GPU to host llama-3.1-70B-FP8 model
