Installing the Solaris C compiler

Has anyone figured out how to get the native Solaris C compiler installed? Think it is part of Solaris Studio these days and needs an Oracle Certificate, so may not be possible in the context of a GitHub action.

Using gcc doesn't solve my usecase. It needs to be the Solaris native compiler.
