Plugin navigation bar cannot show its complete content when the navigation bar is folded.

Describe the problem/challenge you have
Since my plugin is located at the bottom of octant navigation column, the dashboard can not show its complete content when the navigation bar is folded.

The complete content can only be shown when the navigation bar is not folded.

Describe the solution you'd like
I am not sure if octant can enhance octant dashboard or plugin API to show the complete content, maybe by showing the floating menu of the last navigation bar above instead of below?

Environment:

• Octant version (use octant version): v0.13.1
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version):
• OS (macOS 10.15, Windows 10, Ubuntu 19.10 etc):
