Spinner when logging into or out of the network #5

When a user logs in or out of the network they are presented with a loading screen (https://github.com/voceconnect/wp-multisite-sso/blob/master/screenshot-2.png). It can be confusing as it may take a few moments depending on the number of sites. Would be nice to add a spinner or some other notification while loading.
