Where are the licensing terms?

The open-source QNX initiative was done by QNX Software Systems, but, shortly after Blackberry's acquisition of the company, had been ceased; since then, access to the sources have been restricted.

I'd like to know if you (or somebody else) happen to have the licensing terms for the open-source QNX (openQNX) operating system, I'd like to know if the use, modification and redistribution of these sources are permitted.
