When no speech is present (or during consonants of speech) the IRAPT algorithm currently still reports pitch data and spikes to the maximum of its configured pitch range. irapt-rs issue #1 may be a potential fix to this.

partially mitigated in 4c53ddc, which at least makes the graph more readable in the presence of outliers.

ca52520 also mitigates this, as it filters out the default 880Hz output of IRAPT during unvoiced periods.
