厳密にIDで管理するというよりは、発言内容から推測して緩めにサジェストしたい。

アイデア
・メンションなら直近のその人宛に発言しているチャットを抽出とか
・発言内容のキーワードが一致するチャットを抽出とか
・関連のありそうなブログをリストアップするとか

  • とりあえずサジェストUI作って、何か表示してみる
