My Volumio disappears sometimes from the network: impossible to see it on my Home AP, and the Volumio Hotspot doesn't start. The only solution is to restart the RPI3

I wasn't able to reproduce it in a standard way, but it already happened several times on 2.118, and now on 2.129 on RPI3

May be related to #630 (but I don't think my rooter lost the internet connection) and/or #926 and volumio/Build#143 (but in my case, the Volumio Hotspot doesn't start)
