Is this only with newer versions of Expo? I noticed the install page only mentions up to Expo 49 but I'm guessing that's just the docs in need of updating?

The issue is with the react-native-theme-control config in the latest versions, for now I have down graded react-native-theme-control

I checked all the commits where the Expo config was last updated and found that it was v6.0.1, so I rolled it back to v6.0.0.

Oh sorry about that, I don't remember the exact version but I used the above mentioned approach and I thought it was the last second version.
