Before Georgia's audits, we use a script to download all of their candidate-totals-by-batch files and ballot manifests, bundling everything in a ZIP file. We then hash that file. Georgia publishes the hash before launching their audit. Once the audit completes, they release the ZIP file, which members of the public can then hash themselves to verify that the hash matches the hash that was shared before audit launch.
