Feature request: custom repo

Hi

I would be great to have the option to add your own repo through yaml. We've set the manae_repo to false and added our repo through our own code but the install of php packages comes first which results in package not found. After a second run everything deploys fine. We would not like to add dependencies between modules in our code.
