It's possible that we receive information about a pull request. We always need to know if it's mergeable or not. If it's not mergeable, we need should setup a sidekiq job to pull the information until the attribute is set. Otherwise our dataset might be inconsistent. We don't get notifications if this attribute changes from none to something else.
