Implement Roster Management Support using XEP-0237

This extension aims to revolutionize the way users manage their contacts and streamline communication within the client.

Introduction:
The current lanscape of this client has been well-received, but I belive it can be even more powerful and user-friendly with the introduction of a Roster Management extension. The roster, which is essentially a list of contacts, plays a crucial role in any XMPP client, by utililzing XEP-0237, this client can offer an improved and dynamic experience for users.

Motivation:
The motivation behind this extension is to address various pain points experienced on other clients and by users when managing their contacts.
