The theme color does not take effect on the login page （主题色首屏在登录页未能生效）

1. 首屏打开登录页的时
2. 在 src\config\defaultSettings.js 设置的 primaryColor 未生效
3. 需要登录了以后，所设置的 primaryColor 才会生效 （也就是说，退出登录了以后，登录页的主题色也已经覆盖了）

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 项目启动
2. 首屏登录页
3. 直接可以发现主题色未生效

Expected behavior（你期待的是什么?）

1. 首屏登录页直接生效 src\config\defaultSettings.js 所配置的主题色
