Questions about the properties and functions of some components of version 3.0

Steps to reproduce

由v2.2.8版本升级至3.0.0.6版本

What is expected?

antdv升级后，jsx开发下：

1. 发现很多组件的属性没了，点进去看.d.ts文件，发现也是_default：any，这个是故意的，还是目前v3版本的类型不完善？
2. 一些组件有props，但是不全，跟目前文档对比起来，缺失很多。文档上有，但是写代码的时候报错，最终也不知道这个属性到底有没有用；
3. 非常致命的一个问题，组件属性不起作用，v2下功能是正常的，v3就不行了。目前发现Tree组件，TreeNode 的selectable属性控制不住了。

@tangjinzhou 我本地升级到3.0.0.8了，看了几个组件，类型提示都可以了，但发现那个TreeSelect组件里面， TreeNode 的selectable属性，还是不起作用，最新文档这个属性还是在的，这是个bug不？
