Steps to reproduce

1.将select放到页面底部
2.点击展开下拉框

What is expected?

由于select下方没有空间，下拉框应该在上方展开，方向从下向上

What is actually happening?

下拉框在上方展开，但是方向还是从上向下，并且位置会发生抖动

将Select放在靠近页面底部的区域，如果select-option比较多下面区域不够显示，先出现在下面，再跳到上面去。

Cascader 有相同的bug 并未修复，表单放在modal里面比较容易复现。
