Using date range as validation for another date field

Hi ,hope you are doing well

I am trying to use a date range value as rules for another field , however,
I am not sure how to pass the second value of the range (date)
i did try .1 {1} etc but it didn't work

        "after_or_equal:dateRangeValue", // this should be the date from  // this one works

This isn't something that supposed to work, so I converted this to an idea
