v3.3 extending imported Props from alias-imported component throws compiler-error #8348

Steps to reproduce
Open the reproduction link, in the file
ParentComp.vue
are three different imports:'@/components/SomeTypes.ts'
./ChildComp.vue'
'@/components/ChildComp.vue'
By commenting/uncommenting the appropriate lines each import can be tested one by one.
What is expected?
1, 2, and 3 should work
What is actually happening?
While 1 and 2 work, 3 throws an error:
The culprit seems to be the combination of:
By removing one of the two the errors does not get thrown.
