After over half a year of RFC discussions, the Vue team has decided to promote the
defineModel
macro from an experimental feature to a stable one. This means thatdefineModel
will be available out of the box in Vue 3.4 without any configuration options. For specific details about this feature, please refer to the RFC.If you have any questions or suggestions regarding this feature, please discuss them in the RFC. Please note that this does not necessarily mean we will definitely proceed with this before the stable release of Vue 3.4. If there are strong opinions from the community, we will also consider that.
