  • can use .vitepress/config.ts & UserConfig, support hmr

There seems to be a lot of duplication here - also, since esbuild is not an actual dependency, this will break under a strict package manager like pnpm.

I think we will expose a utility for loading config files from vite and then use it in VitePress.
