Hi, react js. I got the same error in my project.
I examined all the packages in Package.json one by one.
I saw that you got it when installing js-beautify. I did not get the error when I switched to the old version.

But i use node v10.0.0 version, install @vue/cli-plugin-unit-jest@3.6.3，this error message will be displayed（npm ERR! Unsupported URL Type "npm:": npm:string-width@^4.2.0），switch node high version no this problem。
