[BUG] - Configurable Options Already Exists (WHMCS v8)

Logs

Dear Team,

I'm facing a problem in the Fresh/New WHMCS Installation With Vultr Module.

On the Product Edit Page when I click on Configurable Options Generate Default It says Configurable Options already exists but there is nothing in Configurable Options. Please Check the attached Screenshot

I'm Using

WHMCS Version - 8.0.4
PHP Version - 7.4
OpenLiteSpeed Web Server
No-Apache

I have not updated to WHMCS 8 yet (so this may not apply), but is there anything in the Setup > Products/Services > Configurable Options like...
