I'm facing a problem in the Fresh/New WHMCS Installation With Vultr Module.
On the Product Edit Page when I click on Configurable Options Generate Default It says Configurable Options already exists but there is nothing in Configurable Options. Please Check the attached Screenshot

WHMCS Version - 8.0.4
PHP Version - 7.4
OpenLiteSpeed Web Server
No-Apache
