Title. Maybe darken the tag?

Probably not going to happen. I've previously looked at the NASR data (https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/aero_data/NASR_Subscription/), and there is data on hours of operation, but there are a ton of edge cases to deal with in parsing the data.

Potentially I could just include the raw data in text at the top of the charts page for each airport
